3. Course Access

Where stated as “lifetime access,” this refers to access for the commercial lifetime of the course and platform operated by FinCrime Agent.
FinCrime Agent reserves the right to:

- replace or remove outdated materials
- migrate the platform or supporting tools where necessary
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain ongoing availability of the course.
4. Payment Terms
The course may be purchased either:
- through a one-time payment, or
- via approved instalment plans
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
Failure to complete instalment payments may result in:
- temporary suspension of access
- restriction of course features
- removal from associated communities or tools
FinCrime Agent may attempt to contact users regarding failed payments before access is suspended.
5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will result in:

6. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All course materials remain the intellectual property of FinCrime Agent unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- slides
- dashboards
- templates
- exercises
- frameworks
- PDFs
- GPT tools
- branding
- written content
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course for your own educational and professional development purposes only.
You may not:
- share your login credentials
- redistribute course materials
- upload materials to internal company systems or LMS platforms
- train colleagues using course materials
- reproduce or resell any part of the course
- create derivative commercial training products based on the course
- publicly distribute downloadable resources
Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
7. Community Access & Conduct
Where community access is provided (including Telegram groups or similar platforms), users are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
FinCrime Agent reserves the right to remove users from communities or suspend access without refund in cases including:
- abusive behaviour
- harassment
- spam or excessive self-promotion
- inappropriate conduct
- sharing copyrighted materials
- behaviour likely to damage the community or reputation of FinCrime Agent
8. AI Tools & Educational Use
Any AI or GPT-based tools provided as part of the course are intended solely for educational and professional development purposes.
Users must not upload:
- confidential client information
- sensitive personal data
- proprietary employer information
- regulated or restricted information
Outputs generated through AI tools should not be treated as legal advice, regulatory advice, or formal compliance guidance.
Users remain responsible for exercising professional judgement and complying with their own legal, regulatory, and employer obligations.
9. Certificates & Professional Recognition
Upon completion of the course, students may receive a certificate of completion.
The course is not:
- an academic qualification
- a regulator-approved certification
- a professional licence
- a guarantee of employment or promotion
FinCrime Agent does not guarantee:
- job offers
- interviews
- salary increases
- regulatory recognition
- professional accreditation

10. Limitation of Liability
